Job Requirements

Commerce Graduate

3-4 years of experience as Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator in Manufacturing Company

Hands on experience in accounting, assisting sales force and managers in submitting complete and statutorily and commercially correct quotations, generating reports and MIS, interacting with transporters for rate negotiation, organizing dispatch and documentation and also tracking consignments till the customers receive them. Should have worked in inventory accounting and ageing

Good knowledge of computerized book keeping and accounting (eg. Tally)

Good knowledge of commercial and statutory requirements for material receipt, invoicing and despatch

Command of oral & written English is a must.

Excellent spoken communication is a must.

Should be pleasant, presentable and friendly person

Good numerical and analytical abilities and well versed with MS Office

Essential: Commitment, self directed

Important: Long term career orientation

Languages: English, Hindi and would be better if knowing Gurjarati as well.

Extent of travel: Out station travel is not anticipated.
