Detailed Job Description:
Expert level functional knowledge in R12/ 11.5.10 Financial suite of products (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, EB Tax)

Details:
Provide application support for level 1 and 2 functional issues

Ability to identify multiple solutions and workarounds for complex issues and recommend resolution to the customer.

Ticket Assistance - reproduce the issue if necessary, research knowledgebase for data fixes

Monitor, escalate, and communicate status of the issues between the FSD team and customer

Establish, document, and maintain communications process for support issues.

Mentor FSD resources on complex tickets and trouble shooting techniques
