The incumbent is responsible to plan & drive fund raising initiatives at ISB and enable benefits to funding organizations/institution through requisite research, analysis, reports & solutions.
S/he needs to identify and pursue new business opportunities based on the evolving market dynamics and its implications on business education and research. S/he needs to build a robust pipeline through relationship management & networking by engaging with senior leaders in the industry. On identification of the prospective donor, s/he needs to ensure the development of new products or proposals in alignment with the donors needs. The job holder needs to actively participate in developing plan for the marketing initiatives to raise the profile of the institute and seek support from the marketing & communication department to develop marketing/branding collaterals.
While executing the job the job holder needs to do an in-depth study & analysis of the existing products or service leading to identification of gaps which can potentially become business opportunities in the given sectors. The incumbent needs to engage closely with the centers and faculties for all the research related activities. Further the job holder needs to interact with industry associations to enhance engagement at a group level, to market ISB, and also to receive and brainstorm new ideas that could potentially become business opportunities.
The jobholder will report to the Director Development.
