Job Description :Description of responsibility:
Assist in Preparation and Presentation of Accounts of the Company Having the Accounts audited, Implementation of Standards and IFRS in the Company
Assist in Management of Treasury, Collections, Obtainment of Funds from Banks and Institutions.
Draft Procedures Ensuring Checks and Internal Controls, Devising MIS
Taxation and Compliance
Budgeting and Periodic Reportings Key Result Areas / Goals:
Plan Funds & Sources along with the General manager
Payment to Creditors met in time
Reporting in Time and with accuracy with SAP Accounting and Presentation
Compliances with Income Tax ; TDS, Service Tax and other Regulations applicable
Draft Policies and Procedures for implementation of Internal Controls within the Company
All preparations for Budgeting and Business Plans
Negotiations with Vendors/Partners/Tolling Plants
Implementation of IFRS at the Company
Maintenance of SAP in the Company
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be a CA/ICWA with minimum 10 years of POST Qualification exposure in Finance & Accounts. Good exposure to Term Loans, Working Capital Management, Collections, Audit & MIS required. Additional knowledege of SAP is required
