CSTG plays a pivotal role in the adoption of Cisco Services as the Engineering arm that drives technology innovation and software development to accelerate the evolution of our Advanced and Technical Services portfolio.

CSTG India is fast growing as a Services Engineering ecosystem with strong Development, QA, Product management and Project management presence. End-to-end Development of Advanced Services Tools & Smart Services Technologies by this talented team provides multi-billion dollar growth opportunities for Cisco and productivity savings to the Services Organization.

The successful candidate will have

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to work with teams located across geographies and multiple time-zones.
• Review Requirements and Functional Specification and add value in planning phase through active participation.
• Create Test strategy and Test plan
• Ability to provide test scoping thorough analysis.
• Ability to drive assignments involving Solution Integration Test, Functional Test, Load Test (Performance, Concurrency, Stress and Reliability) and Regression.
• Provide Estimates for QA Tasks
• Manage Test Traceability
• Ability to analyze Test results and provide interpretation through quantitative analysis, during Test Execution phases.
• Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional members.
• Review Release related Documentation
• Should provide detailed and informative Status Reports representing QA
• Provide Status Reports to senior management and customer
• Coach and mentor junior team members

Experience: 4-7 years

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Networking
• Worked on Automation tools like RFT and HTML Unit
• Test plan creation for Functional and Non-Functional requirements is a must.
• Leading QA teams for successful technical delivery
• Involved in Functional, Load and Regression Testing
• Writing high level test case/scenario
• Writing detailed test cases
• Knowledge of Defect Tracking Tools and Test Information Management Tools (CDTES, TIMS) etc.
• Added plus: ISTQB certified, CCNA and Agile Process proficiency.
