Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: New Business - Solution Creation Approach for all Engagements and Wins Via Consultative Sales and Trusted Advisor Approach Winning business through process of qualifying and developing relationships with prospects via consultative sales Identify New Verticals and New Opportunities to bring New Business to TP India for voice and back office business potential to secure business for the organization Build Position of Strategic Value Uncover & Qualify opportunities & Enable strategic fit Build and create an amplifying network to secure new business Via RFP/RFI Winning and securing business for the organization by connecting to prospects via calls, emails, social media Sending/seeking requisite information/proposal and follow up with persistence reflecting the win-win synergies due to the organizational edge. Position Value over price Ensure TP Participation in RFP/RFI for presenting opportunities to secure the business Pricing, Contracts & Transition Enable Pricing that is aligned to Prospect needs & specifics Support Contract Discussions with internal legal and prospect post initial acceptance of TP proposal Support Project Initiation and Transition to ensure continuity of expectations and alignment of client business. Introduce key stakeholders of to key team at prospects. Industry Intelligence & Market Analysis Gather industry intelligence in terms of new opportunities, competitor wins /contract renewals, strengths & weakness & new areas to collaborate with prospects Assess prospect and competitor financial strength, new business endeavors, market plans, change in prospect/buying organizations & enable Client Solution Soft Skills / Communication Skills : Prerequisites to hire Female with Pleasant personality Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written) ??Should possess the ability to interact, present credible discussions, engage with CSO/CXO level, build & construct clear, concise & easy to understand conversation.
??Should possess correct grammatical English, right sentence construction & neutral accent Well connected to the current affairs, economics & Indian business market. Understands and possesses knowledge on India Domestic Market/Economy/Specific Vertical MBA, Updated on Current Verticals Such as Financial Services, Travel, Telecom Ability to be detailed oriented in research and establishes reason for a specific vertical approach Understands senior management (CXO/CSO/CEO) engagement, relationship building & consultative sales approach at prospect organizations. Ability to position parent companies strengths in a strategic advantage manner Inquiry before Advocacy Approach Prospects should view this person as point of knowledge for the Contact Centre/BPO Domain Should be able to create professional connect at the CXO/CSO/CEO level Build long mutually respectful trusted advisor equations with prospects Experience: Build mature & industry insight led engagement Should have a detailed understanding of the contact centre Industry Should understand experience in contract creation and Pricing, P/L, Costing Fundamentals Desired Candidate Profile: 10 - 14 years of Total work exp (Approx 7 years of BPO/Call Center Exp, 3 - 4 years in BD Specialization : Sales Shine.com - 10 months ago
