Job Description
The right resource shall have experience in handling recruitment for Direct Clients in USA, working with Vendor Management Systems, managing recruitment teams as well as who have themselves placed a variety of skills in IT staffing in the US market with a verifiable track record.
The Manager shall be responsible for:
Managing the complete recruitment cycle of the IT Staffing team, guiding and Mentoring the recruiters additionally, should have strong skills in:
1. Person should have experience servicing Direct Client Requirements for US Clients and/or have worked with Vendor Management Systems such as Agile, Beeline, Field glass, Pro Unlimited etc
2. Resume identification by matching candidates with clients requirements
3. Conducting interviews and skills tests
4. Reference checks, Background investigations
5. Handling negotiations on rates/salary with consultants and vendors
6. Must be adept at handling any resource delivery related issues
7. Managing contracts and negotiations with vendors
8. Reporting work output for the team in a timely manner
9. Work in the night shift with the Team and maintain constant communication with the US Sales team
10. Managing team members issues, guiding them to find the right resources for requirements within shortest possible time
