should have knowledge of all maintenance activities in cement industry(Alignment, replacement of bearings, overhauling of major gearboxes)

knowledge in fabrication and erection(Drawing Knowledge)

Experience of preventive and predictive maintenance activities(balncing of major fans)

Awareness about modification of plant related equipments

knowledge and implementation of WCM & Safety practices
