Develop & implement (strategic & tactical) marketing plan to get maximum footfalls in our outlets.
Prepare and implement business development plan for referral as well as retention of existing clients.
Performed ongoing customer/market research and prepare comprehensive retention plan based on analytics of existing clients.
Make a media/marketing plan to utilize the ad budgets in a cost effective manner to ensure footfalls and higher sales achievement.
Accountable for all ATL and BTL activities planning and execution.
Organizing in house events like Health Talks , Fitness education series, loyalty program etc to engage and retain existing clients.
Products and service awareness training to the sales team and relationship building with MR to built strong referral system.
Alliance with various agencies & corporate for brand building & brand promotion activities .
Leveraged strengths in cost-effective marketing management and vendor negotiations (without compromising business growth goals).
Salary:
INR 1,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A. Extra Incentive best in the industry.
