- Meeting customer timelines and other SL's
- Meeting Customers on a regular Basis to collect feed back on Process.
- Would be accountable to create Repeat Business from the Same clients.
- Daily telephonic interactions with the customer/ KA on their requirements
- Creating team competencies for quick customer ramp-ups
- Ensuring own and team business targets are met on a quarterly basis
- Validating customer requirements fulfilment strategies and tracking performance
- Ensuring team downloads a requirement/JD, fulfilment plans, customer and vertical
- Contribute individually towards requirement fulfilment
- Conducting weekly status reviews with the clients, teams and Supervisors
- Understand the JD downloaded by Vertical Lead/ Business Analyst
- Contributing to the growth of the vertical both horizontally and vertically
- Organizing weekly team meets to review the team performance and to discuss any new requirements that may have come
- Ensuring
o Sourcing of profiles
o Positioning requirements
o Convincing candidates
o Building candidate database for ongoing and upcoming requirements
o Ensuring offered candidates joined
- Implementing customer delivery process
- Ensuring own/ team business targets are met on quarterly basis
- Implementing customer requirement fulfilment strategies and tracking self and team performance
