Responsible for creating a strong pipe-line of candidates from various on-line resources ranging from Job portals, social networks and search engines.
Preparing job descriptions and managing the advertisements on various portals.
Review candidate profile and evaluate applicant's work history, education, training, job skills, and desired salary against open positions.
Communicate with the candidates about the requirement; send details about the requirement and job description.
End-to-End coordination of interview.
Handling middle level and senior level requirements in all verticals.
Responsible to place quality candidates at desired time frame
Effective recruitment skills, ability to design and implement efficient recruitment strategies, processes and systems.
Good in Inter – personal relation ship, Time & Team Management skills, with strong commitment to professionalism and performance excellence.
Prepare and submit reports to the Management.
