Adhere to the administrative process, policies & disciplines of the organization.

Ability to read the mind of the customer & understand their needs & interest & cater to the same.

To guide & provide the customers with proper detail about the available products & schemes

Solve the queries of the customers in a harmonious manner & handle customers in a cooperative & efficient way.

Acquire new customers through referencing, convince them & grow interest in them to visit the branch.

Keep the existing customers up dated with their existing accounts details, interest to be paid etc.

Should be expressive & convincing in her communicative skill (with the customers).

Balanced emotion, controlled temperament & patience is highly required.

Previous experience of customer handling or experience of working in a front office is preferred.
