To keep track of new / emerging developers and their current / upcoming project sites to promote our products.
To ensure proper marketing activities such as Meets, Site & Promotional Branding.
To report competitor's activities in allotted area and suggest counter measures.
To ensure smooth and effective servicing of customer complaints giving correct feedback.
Internal and external co-ordination for the execution of the sales orders.
Ensure timely collections from customers as stipulated in the company’s policy.

Desired Candidate Profile-
Market Knowledge: - Candidate should have exposure in local market.
Language - Command over local language (Marathi), proficiency in English.
Neat and presentable, should be able to make presentations, smart in communication (verbal and written)
