The Relationship Manager will be responsible for all government business and business through other channel partners (Merchant Service Providers MSP).
This role involves techno commercial selling to corporate entities and interacting with the senior management and Key decision makers in government entities.
This role involves both Business development and Account relationship management at a senior management level.
Work with other bank departments like FIG, Branch, CBG, E-Net team
Work on internal and external databases
Liaise with risk, policy and Ops for the Go Live of the merchants
Manage the relationship with MSP/Channel partners and resellers for new business
Identify new channel partners and sign them on
Ensure the Operational aspect of on-boarding is completed
Ensure AMC/Integration fee targets are MET either from direct Government sourcing or through MSP & Re-sellers
Drive activities on existing ME for Volumes
Track the growth of portfolio merchants on usage and throughput
AMC collection from existing ME
Requirements
The applicant needs to have completed minimum 1 year in the current role in Loan Against Property/Business Banking – Working Capital / SME sector
He/She needs to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
The applicant should have completed Graduation
Should have a strong grasp of accounting/financial concepts for detailed financial statement/risk analysis and a good understanding of financial analysis tools and risk assessment procedures
