Calling the prospects – Fixing appointments by calling on segmented - high quality prospect segment.
Understanding the need & product pitch:- Understanding the product proposition befitting the segment, depth understanding of basic customer life cycle – income – proposition grid.
Ensuring at least 20% firm appointments to all customers contacted.
Constantly learn & improvise on sales conversation with the prospect. As well as ability & desire to learn and adapt to new propositions, sales pitches etc.
Meeting the Sales targets .Especially call to meeting benchmark – 20% appointment to contacted prospects.
