Responsible for heavy calendar management Managing Internal and External Communication on behalf of the organization. Requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings followed by distribution of minutes of meeting. Assist Partners with preparation of presentation materials. Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary. Must apply knowledge of data research and manipulative analysis on a regular basis to enable decision making by the director Assist Director in conducting monthly, quarterly, & annual reviews. Must be able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks independently. . Assisting the Director in the Strategic decisions and Business Reviews. Work in close co-ordination with Director and regularly providing him with vital analytical inputs on business matters Formulation of Marketing & Sales Strategies in the International Arena to meet organizations growth objectives. Analyze market past trends, customer expectations, and methodology suitable to gather information of future trends in technology, pricing & customer service Initial Follow up for new projects and developments to explore new business opportunities. Liaising with Business Associates and Partners in all matters even in the absence of the Director to ensure smooth functioning Monitor guest relations personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure Open to travel Domestic & International.
