Preparation of Time Schedules for each work location wise as well as quantum of work in respect of the site/sites under the supervision & control in consonant with the master plan prepared to be at par as stipulated by his in charge & coordinate the progress accordingly. 2. Fix up the work content-weekly/Monthly of the contractors engaged under him for monitoring the progress of each job in conjunction with the Master plan (Monthly) for monitoring progress, quality of work, time schedules.

Organizing work schedules fixing up of responsibility of subordinates, Monitoring DPR & working out time lags as also reasons for shortfalls-Rescheduling of work to make good the lapses-reorganizing men, machinery & materials. These activities to be reviewed jointly along with the project Manager/In charges/Supervisors etc & Minutes of the joint review Meeting to be recorded, signed by all the participants at the close of work period. 4.
Month wise material requirement planning category wise to be worked out and & coordinated with logistics, finance & site stores to avoid overstocking & stock out situations. 5. Monitoring the upkeepment of the machinery & tools, tackles of different work sites through site in charges-generating reports etc. 6.
In the first hours visiting work sites, checking the running works, giving suggestions/instructions to field staff/contractors, layout works if any. 7. To study of the drawings thoroughly, preparing reports mentioning discrepancies if any, working for options on the grounds of economy ease in construction pattern etc & subsequently discussions on relevant issues with the concerning consultants /architects & our management.
