We are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced and professional team as a Engineering Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support service for customers;
- Responsible for drive test, survey, supervision, commissioning and maintenance;
- Perform routine network performance drive test and review radio network Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
- Collect and analyze data and performance statistics;
- Monitor and keep track of project progress and problem escalation;
- Assist in performing product and project trials to customers;
- Timely response to customers’ enquiries;
- Occasional night shift and work during public holidays is required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Telecommunication, Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
- 2 years relevant working experience in telecom industry would be preferable;
- Knowledge in mobile network system GSM, CDMA, UMTS, LTD will be an advantage;
- Proficient of using MS office applications and Autocad;
- Proactive, outgoing and willing to learn;
- Good analytical skill and problem solving skill;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is preferable;
- Immediate available will be highly preferred (Fresh graduate is welcome)
