Would be accountable for one or > one number of districts/branches.
Visit customers and close business.
Liaise and Manage relationship with the channel partner employee and key holders of business.
2. Training and Product support
Facilitate and anchor ongoing training & skill developments for the field force.
Utilize Training as an activisation tool.
Execute time to time business strategies on field
3. Operations & Service Delivery
Quality Checking of Application Forms & ensure all forms are completely filled with all documents.
Ensure all applications forms are dispatched within 48 hours of log-in.
Help in resolution of discrepancies.
Guide customers on service related issues/queries/complaints
4. Renewals & Business Retention
Accountable for Renewal Collection of 75% of previous year business through timely reminder, follow up with VLES & Channel Partner at district level, creating awareness & sensitizing RCC employees.
