Completion of the calls within the stipulated time as per the priority levels defined
Escalation of the calls as per the defined process.
To provide technical first level support for desk side requirements
Requisite technical knowledge.
Extended support to track and maintain IT asset movements
Extended support for ITs procurement activities
Vendor co-ordination for IT support needs
