Job Description: Responsibilities: · Collecting and analyzing equity fundamentals data for Sweden/ Denmark/ market and taking ownership in data quality controls to ensure consistent and high quality data are manufactured in order to meet product requirements. · Organizing, Analyzing and Maintaining the Fundamental data collected from different regulatory sources and company website. · Assisting team leader/manager in identifying, gathering and drafting requirements and specifications to further enhance the functionality, usability and visibility of fundamentals collection platform and process. · Develop a thorough understanding of Annual / quarterly filing methodology of countries under coverage. · Reviewing work procedure and working with technical & project management team to create analytical tools in streamlining the data collection and quality assurance processes. · Sourcing, qualifying and collection of Operation data in a timely manner, includes Company business profile, industry / Sector classification and company peers from various raw data sources. · Candidate should possess excellent knowledge of English & French/ German/Italian/ Spanish/ Portuguese language & grammar to update company’ s business profile and well understanding of various industry/sector classifications. Advanced knowledge of Spanish, French, German or another European language would be an added advantage. · This job requires a close interaction with IT team and understanding of basic technical aspects related to dressing technology and data base structure. · Performing quality checks and KPIs · To make sure any queries, discrepancies and reconciliation issues related to areas of responsibility assigned by client support team as well as through regular internal process are dealt within the set timeline according to set target. · Contributing to the improvement and streamlining of the data collection process · Participating into other data projects as required. · Flexibility to work on shifts and be adaptable if required. Desired Candidate Profile Desired Candidate Profile: · 1-4years experience in Equity Data · Strong Commerce/ Finance/ Accounting fundamentals · Proficient with the data management policies, procedures and common technical tools · Ability to exercise control the executed tasks with the planned activities · Good Knowledge in MSOffice · Prior Knowledge of IFRS GAAP would be added advantage · Ability to read and write French/ German/ Italian/Spanish/ Portuguese language. · Positive attitude towards work and life · A good team player with good communication skills
