The position carries the responsibility of managing HR for the entire Region. The person will be responsible for end-to-end spectrum of HR functions i.e. recruitment, induction, employee engagement, interventions, employee relations, performance management and exits. The person works closely with the Regional Business Manager to align HR with Business Goals.
