Technical skills: hands on exp in QA (automation and manual testing) for Microsoft technologies web based applications. C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET etc.
Automation tools like QTP, Selenium, Win runner etc (Manger who can do white box testing also (with code not only QTP specific) and very smart.)
Knowledge of MS Test manager, MS lab manager would be of advantage
Should be able to understand C#, ASP.NET code for reviews
