Oversee all statutory compliances including Contract Labour.Implementation of all Factories Inductrial disputes legislation, oversee PF,ESI,Gratuity other Welfare laws. Adapt at disciplinary proceedings, framing of Chargesheet.Maintain proper employee relations at all factories in India.Employee retention strategies etc.Should be aged below 40 years.
