Primarily handling recruitment & specifically Sales recruitment.
Optimum utilization of all the sources (job portals, references, campus etc) for completing recruitment targets.
Handling joining formalities. Coordinating with various internal team for completing the same.
Grievance handling.
Employee Co-ordination.
Assisting the Sr. HR.
