1. Letters receiving on behalf of the manager, taking Xerox copies of the same and distributing to concerned Managers and keeping record in the Master file.
2. Taking Dictation & transcription, typing to client & vendors.
3. In case of urgent letters from client inform the Concerned Managers on telephone, if out of station.
4. Preparing transmittal for drawing & sending to concerned site/client/consultant.
