Ability to read and analyze Architectural, RCC drawings, Knowledge of leveling and survey,. Estimation/rate analysis. Ability to analyze and correct contractors bill, site visits and all other site related work.
Good communication skills and co-ordination with clients and various agencies.
Computer Literacy: Auto cad, MS word, MS excel must, preferably MS project.
