He should be a self-starter and be able to generate business from a highly competitive market, should be interested capable of doing front line selling, has to meet sale and revenue targets and sales experience in air exports / sea exports / air import consolidation / sea imports / customs clearance is desirable. Preferable age of the candidate is around 22 to 28 years.
