To provide assistance in the follows :
Administration, management & Monitoring of security devices (like firewall, IPS etc).
Support functions for the end user.
Troubleshooting of issues reported by end user.
Co-ordination with the Hardware Vendors for reporting and resolution of failures
Co-ordination with other Support Group for any system related exercise such as major changes at network or security level etc.
Regular health check monitoring, log analysis and reporting
