1. Achieving TAT for packing, retrieval, refilling and customer queries.
2. To ensure that branch meets/ exceeds the set benchmarks on various Key Performance Areas.
3. To meet Sales/ Key Accounts team once every fortnight to discuss issues and share operational progresses
