Doing checking of the entry done by the data entry operators for the customer request in the back office system ( TALISMA , Lifeasia )
Taking complete ownership of the query received from the customer and ensure timely closure of the request in system
Coordinate with internal departments, ensuring timely and quality closures
Handle a team of 4-5 persons doing the maker entry and ensure timely closure of tickets in system
