I had lots of fun in tata motors.the employees were very honest and hard working.The upper management was always ready to help.Those 8 months were very productive for me.I had learnt to manage my co workers.

GOOD FIRM BUT POOR SALARY STRUCTURE.

NO VALUE IN LOWER MANAGEMENT LEVEL

Over 7 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting and Feasibility studies in various industries such as Health Care, Automobile, Ports, Equipment Leasing and Contract Logistics.

I really enjoy my job in Tata Motors.But here management is not good. My first working day is my very difficult day of my life. I m so nerves on that day. My co-workers are very co prating me.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment-selection, induction & joining formality of employees.

• Maintain attendance, leave, database and other records.

• Managing & administer the office system & procedure.

• Arranging Training & Development for new & existing employees.

• Keep records of SALARY, PF & ESIC of each employees.

Overall working environment is fine.Salary is also fine.Management is also good.Only thing which is not satisfactory is "No career advancement for eligible people"

It was best experience to work with tata motors, i learned a lot like to be responsible, punctual, etc. the management was very supportive and the co-workers were friendly.the hardest part of the job was to achieve targets and the enjoyable part of the job was meeting the targets.

Its so delightful to work within such big organisation.I learn about the quality check points, contineous improvement, inspection methods & instruments.Management is so focused on the working environment & facilities providing to employees. My colleagues are very supportive & giving me direction when needs.

MENTORS AND MANAGERS ARE VERY COOPERATIVE AND THEY TELL ME ANY THING FROM BASIC TO WHAT I WANT UP TO PEAK OF THAT DEPENDS UPON INTEREST THERE IS A LOT TO LEARN ABOUT MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION AND HOW TO MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES AND WORKERS HAPPY AND TO GET YOUR WORK DONE THROUGH OTHERS
