We troubleshoot the Network with the help of provided tools by the organization like Router(Maipu & Cisco) and NMS (Whats up Gold). We learned that how to work professionally and convince the customer about issues which he is facing. Management is also good. Management takes our review intermediately to know about our problems and support.
I worked as an AIRCEL CCE during the period mention above.I have also worked as a CCE in TBSS. During my course of work Experince in those companies I have learned many useful things. MY CO-WORKERS WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. THIS COMPANY POLISHED MY SKILLS. I CAME TO KNOW FROM CALLING THAT MY CONVINCING POWER IS VERY VERY GOOD.I GOT TOO MUCH OF INCENTIVES ON SALES AS I WAS TOP SELLER IN THAT COMPANY.
