Great place to work and a complete work life balance.
Associate Clinical data coordinator (Former Employee) – Bengaluru, Karnataka – November 16, 2017
I have started my career here. I feel it was great start, the job culture was very good. The facilities provided by the company were excellent. Management team was also very cooperative. We can work here with 0 pressure.
The work culture is really great, and the management was supportive. They believe in building a comfortable environment for the employees. The company organizes events for the employees to get to know each other at very often intervals.
Pros Flexibility of office time. WFH available. Lot of Extra curricular activity.
Cons Due to mergers and acquisitions, career progression is difficult. Job security is an issue as HR is very weak team. HR is focused on ticking the checklist and arranging the cultural activity. Work pressure is very high but varies from team to team.
Quintiles is the company where they are providing the good salary, good environment, nature of work is very good, people in the quintiles are very friendly and made us to learn the work very easy and make us basic very strong.

Work envirronment is really good, but long hours of work
Engineer (Current Employee) – Bangalore, Karnataka – August 13, 2017
The work Culture is really good. Liberal and can opt for flexible timing, but the appraisal is very disappointing from last two years. I work in general shift, but needs to extend the hours due to multi country projects and interaction with other team members who sits in different countries. Even then this gives good global exposure. Overall a good company to work with.
