I have started my career here. I feel it was great start, the job culture was very good. The facilities provided by the company were excellent. Management team was also very cooperative. We can work here with 0 pressure.
Pros Flexibility of office time. WFH available. Lot of Extra curricular activity.
Cons Due to mergers and acquisitions, career progression is difficult. Job security is an issue as HR is very weak team. HR is focused on ticking the checklist and arranging the cultural activity. Work pressure is very high but varies from team to team.
