Pros Flexibility of office time. WFH available. Lot of Extra curricular activity.
Cons Due to mergers and acquisitions, career progression is difficult. Job security is an issue as HR is very weak team. HR is focused on ticking the checklist and arranging the cultural activity. Work pressure is very high but varies from team to team.

Engineer (Current Employee) – Bangalore, Karnataka – August 13, 2017
The work Culture is really good. Liberal and can opt for flexible timing, but the appraisal is very disappointing from last two years. I work in general shift, but needs to extend the hours due to multi country projects and interaction with other team members who sits in different countries. Even then this gives good global exposure. Overall a good company to work with.
