"A typical day at work"
15th June '13 was a typical day. I was listening to a live call. On that day our two Team leads were on leave and the SME was on another call. One of my executive was about to hang up the call by telling,"I'm going to transfer this call to my supervisor" I was Shocked with his activities, he was jumping on the work floor by waving his hands asking for help. I just then interrupted the call and Introduced myself and continued the call as his supervisor and resolved the issue.
I learnt a lot about 'How to coordinate and present a business/client call with Business People'
The management people are good and kindhearted.
About my Co-workers:
I would like to help my friends and co-workers to perform better in their job. I take all the responsibilities for their performance and CSAT.
Hardest part of my job:
Whenever I give negative points about a call. That part is a hardest one.
Enjoyable part of my job:
I enjoy my profession and feel happy whenever any one of my team member who follows my feedback and score good in his future review.
