A tipycal Work day at PATH-MVI it was an interting shore since we have put out a fire when anoter was just about to start. it was a very interesting place to work for because it always kept me going.

Hardest part was sitting around without any proper work to do. Making up data and stories and each day reformulating annual budget so that more funds could be pilfered

A typical day would start off with checking for any messages on Company email & telephone voice mail. Immediately action urgent messages and update my do to list and work though the tasks in order to meet weekly and monthly targets.

A typical day includes menu planning and meal prepartion. Also clerical tasks , housekeeping duties , daily documentation of activities and set goal plans.I assisted residents in daily personal care, phyical therapies if needeed, scheduled and escorted on medical appointments,arranged and escorted on outing and vacations. Gave input on residents progress – more... in core meetings. I was accountable for household budget and consumer's funds. Along with other duties upon request.
I learned a lot about the heathcare field while working here. The co-workers were great most of the time. The hardest part of the job was trying to be an advocate for the people you served, the most enjoyable part of the job was the job was not having a supervisor on site at all times. – less

PHLEBOTOMIST (Floater), stock and monitor expenses and usage of department supplies and inventory, perform duties in a independent manner, exercise all lab safety precautions and adhere to lab procedures as stated, collect all pertinent insurance information and ABN forms if needed, complete requisitions – more... with accurate information for processing. Familiar with corporate compliance programs and corporate policies. Draws blood using proper procedure and precautions, process and access specimens and paperwork for pick up by the courier, computer proficiency MS word, Excel an Outlook. Covers eleven offices when and as needed from MS, Middle East TN to Jackson TN., report to supervisor expense reports, logs and mileage information from week to week. Interacts and communicates with fellow employees in a way that promotes a harmonious and cooperative working environment, Displays courteous behavior to clients and patients, customer services skills. All other duties as assigned. – less

I really don't have anything positive to say about this company so I am not going to say anything at all. I think that it will be better this way.
