Learn so many things but i am not satisfied with the roles and responsibilities

Management plays an vital role for Sustainability of organization and self sustainability. And good management lead the organization towards the growth and helps in achieving the organisational goal and vice versa. A highly complex place to work -- hard to describe. It's a place which requires a lot from you but, frankly, is lacking in continuing education.

Good learning experience. No balance in work and family, it is a sweatshop.
