Intern (Current Employee) – Pune, Maharashtra – 19 March 2017
. NVIDIA has always attracted me towards itself because of the diversity in its technology and inventions. I am fond of exploiting new things and technology to learn them. NVIDIA supports it and even they don't shy away for mistakes but they tend to improve it and learn from the mistakes
System Software Engineer (Current Employee) – pune, india – 19 September 2016
There are always new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. But the pay is low compared to other organizations in the domain. The company is hardware focused. Innovations in software are are less frequent.
If you love working hard and don't mind investing your weekends this is a good place to work. Some of the co-workers are really helpful, some of them really don't like helping at all. Management is not the best when it comes to making decisions, there are project requirement changes. Compensation is good.
Nice place to work. Work environment is filled with NVIDIA core values. Co-workers are friendly and supportive. Very good part in NVIDIA is flexibility in office hours which helps balancing personal and professional life.

Embedded Systems Intern (Former Employee) – Bangalore, Karnataka – 5 April 2016
The interns are not given any formal training. They are expected to learn things on the go and contribute at the same time. If someone lags behind, the management simply decides to give him insignificant work

Nvidia is undoubtedly a fast company. There are unlimited opportunities and a pretty flat company structure, giving you a lot of freedom to do things your way. Things totally depends on how your manager is, but CEO Jensen is visionary and gutsy. There are huge holes in managing daily activities and workload becomes unmanageable sometimes. But it has excellent perks, and overall an excellent company to work with.
ASIC Engineer (Current Employee) – Bangalore – 24 September 2012
I have been in Nvidia for a little more than a year now. It is a great company to work. It gives you scope to learn and grow. It is flexible in terms of work and timing. If you want to work need not worry, it will find you. I am lucky to be in one of the best teams in Nvidia and so far I have no complaints. The co-workers are fun to work with and some of the brightest minds.
Software Engineer Intern (Former Employee) – Pune, India – 7 February 2013
Nvidia is one of the biggest companies in Pune and offers probably the best salary in that city. The work culture is good, flexible timings, but most employees do not show up for work till almost 11am. Since the day starts late for most employees, it ends as late at 9pm (9pm would be considered an early day I suppose).
Since it is an off-shore development center, there isn't a lot of innovation happening here. Mostly the job would include doing high visibility bug fixes.
