Novartis taught me how to do ethical marketing. Novartis marketing stratigies are able enough to creat a new market for their product.They really value their people.

My job profile was just to sell medicine to patients, checking that they were having those medicines properly or not... In a short to support the sales team to increase there sale figures.. the workplace was quite good... but the job profile was boring... And the most important part of this job i had learned how to convince people to buy our product...

Unstable company. The leaders used poor practices that caused a shut down and eventually a lay off. The employees paid the price for their poor decisions (in my opinion).

i learned allot of things as leadership skills , analytically skills , how to manage business and people , i was exposed to a training course every 6 months , some of it were supporting the current role , and others increase the potentiality in the next role , i entered an assessment for first line manager position.

A good company to work for and very good environment with fun and caring people.

Only worked here as a temp for a few months but loved the job. Engineering manager was kind and understanding. The department had a really laid back attitude. The engineers treated the support staff with respect.

Novartis was a great place to work, I had a great manager, wonderful counterparts and really good products. I called on a variety of specialties. Novartis had a huge layoff in 2012 and unfortunaly I was one of the 2000 let go.

I come to work set up machines to run batches of medicine package the medicine go home. l learned how to trouble shoot set up machines to package our medicine. We have a great management team there always willing to work with you. Co-workers are awesome I we all get along pretty well we work great together. Always open for new ideas and suggestions that can enhance improvement for the department/company as a whole. I really love working with my coworkers, managers, clients and vendors. I would greatly accept the opportunity to work with the Company again.

Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Suffern NY maintains a professional atmosphere at all times yet it is friendly and welcoming. I was honored to be able to work in packaging straight from high school. Nice communication everyday through meetings, although can , at times, get in the way of required work for that day within the lab. All management and fellow co-workers are a pleasure to work with and communicate with.

I was part of an information gathering project to assess the viability of rolling out vaccination programs in schools. I started as aprt of a 2 man team in NJ and was promoted to sourcing the entire continental US. I had the opportunity to interface with many departments within Novartis as well as many different universities, high schools and boarding – more... schools, outside of Novartis. I also worked closely with a marketing company in developing promotional materials. I loved my job and was disappointed when the project was cancelled. – less
