As we know the name of this company is a benchmark but the working culture is not good. There are a huge GAP between On roll employee and Off roll employees.It is 100% truth that 65% of overall work is done by Off roll employees but All credit goes to On Roll Employees. So as per my opinion there is no growth for Off roll Employees.
