Cons: Long hours
It was a good place to work in terms of learning, team building and how to manage people but the work life is tough as in there was no work/life balance. My work required 12 hours per day, 6 days a week, which was tough to manage along with personal life.
workig with ICICI Bank has been full of learning. Learned over all banking operation- Account opening ,clearing,transactions,expenses processing,deliverables management ,Audit,process and compliance and Branch Banking.
