Was responsible for the successful launch of the Zonal Budgeting and Expense System in January 2009 for the Agency Channel(As on today the system is even open for Alternate & Direct Channel) where in I was responsible for the UAT, checking the entire functionality and getting the system ready for the launch.
Updating the system data such as user data, branch codes, designations, cost center codes, regions, and zones.
Calculating and uploading different types of budgets(i.e. Business Development Expenses, SPC & MDRT budget & Sales Promotion budget, Approval based budget) on quarterly, semi-annual, & annual basis.
Giving presentation to the users (i.e. Sales Force & Accounts) on how to use the system via Video Conferencing and even did a training session in one of the zonal office.
Did a survey and awareness drive with all the BPM & accounts (Both Regional & Zonal) on the usage of the system.
Responsible for any system enhancements from the requirement gathering stage till the enhancement is moved to the live database (Adding of second level accounts approval to the vouchers in the ZBS system).
Liaising with the IT and Vendor for resolving system issue.
Liaising with different Sales channel for requirement gathering (User, Designations, Expense Heads) and customize the system according to their requirement.
