Work was always fun. Even though the work would be more but it was always good as the supervisors were friendly and helpful. Yearly salary hikes were of great concern, as they were really bad compared to the market standards.

The office is located in a tech park zone, it is a calm and peaceful place with lots of employees working in different operations. The team unity was amazing, and the training session was a great experience. The work included learning and using exclusive software used by Hewlett Packard to quote the prices for their PC's, laptops, printers etc. to their valued customers. The experience to meet the clients and talk to them via phone and email was astounding, as the clients were from different locations, and everything done was in a professional manner. The best part would be the team and the joy of working as a team, the other side is the work stress, unpaid extra hours and lack of career growth.

However, in 2017 HP has gone through lot of changes, which I think will be beneficial to the Organization, Partners, and the Employees.

HP Globalsoft Pvt Ltd is recently reanamed as HPE. HPE has certain blocks which does not allow the employee to grow technically. For example if an Employee is in a technical track and he wants to rise his skillsets, he has to stay in tech track for 18months, since most of the work is already designed and setup there is nothing that an Engineer can do out of the box.
Pay is OK
Can't grow technically faster, take too much time.
