Need to solve the problems which are escalated from first channel which is the phone bank, handling many clients with separate parameters and matrix since it is a time bound process so we need to target the work accordingly.Support from the team and managers makes the work more fun

There are so many typical days at work as every day is a new day in collection where you need to indulge yourselves with a different person so overall challanging role.Learned a lot of new things, management is good, co-workers are very cooperative as usual.

I worked at GE for the last seven years and have always been busy and motivated, always moving forward , extremely compliance focused and professional.

Looked after more than three hundred accounts and many Distributors also using my Italian language skills written and spoken.

Didn't talk with my supervisor for 7 weeks. If a supervisor doesn't like you or feels threatened by you they tell EVERY other supervisor. Management doesn't inform contractors of company holidays or other site closures. Supervisors give staff no direction or training. Employees are unhappy and negative. Constant turnover. I really liked working at GE Capital. It was a short-term contract job and I was sad to go. I worked with very nice people and it was a nice work environment.
