Good work-life balance with great compensation benefits. Company needs to work more on management decisions considering long term investments. Quality of work is great and lot of things to learn if you have a moderate professional experience. Overall a good company. Co-workers are supportive and encourage you to learn more.

Eaton India is a good company as long as you do not hurt your manager's ego. If you keep your head down and do as you are told you will be fine. There are no onsite opportunities for people working in hydraulics division. Salary is very competitive from market point of view.
It nice to work with seniors who were very good and technically expert in their fields and guided me to learn more and out of the box. Management was very supportive and gave equal opportunity to every one to show their skill and gave time to their employees to learn and do the work in an efficient manner. Co-workers were highly skilled and often helped other in their work and had healthy discussions with them. Hardest part was many projects to work at the same time and switching from one project to other. I enjoyed the pressure and deadline for the projects.

Eaton is a great place to work. I specifically enjoy solving customer issues here. The reason I like them is because the solutions are often tricky. This is a great way to flex brain power and innovate.
My co-workers are nice and talented people. We believe in helping each other out to get the results efficiently. Its a fun working with the team.
The special thing about Eaton is that it teaches you that it is important how you get results. Eaton practices extremely ethical behavior in every aspect of professionalism.
The hardest part of my job was to cope up with infrastructure challenges in the Eaton location that I work in. There are no tool rooms to make prototype parts here. So we have to rely on SCM to get them done. This is a slow process. Another difficulty is proximity of test lab from Engineering department. One has to spend 4 hrs each day to commute to the test lab. It can get difficult to bring focus in work with such pitfalls.
Overall, Eaton is a great company to be associated with.
Ethical, Creative Freedom
