Associate Business Analyst (Former Employee) – Noida, Uttar Pradesh – November 30, 2017
To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands. Management: Starting with the million dollar smile HR, they are amazing people. Not sure how they manages to make sure each of us are being noticed, acknowledged, appreciated. Best HR i have ever worked …

It's been almost 4 months with Conduent, So far i realized this is nice place to work with. Good work/Life balance with nice indoor games facilities. Since I am new to the organisation so it took a lot effort to understand the system as well as the functioning. I am newly align to multiple clients so for me it's very challenging to understand the provisions of all the clients and I think I've done quite good.
Program Manager (Current Employee) – Chennai, Tamil Nadu – June 23, 2017
Have been working hard to establish an engineering competency at the Chennai development center. People are friendly and hard working. Not much scope for career progression at this point of time. No salary hike visible in the near future as the company is undergoing restructuring world-wide.
I have provided the rating according to my ability

Its been a good journey so far with good learning opportunities. There is a good work life balance with good flexible timings. The management is good but the thing they need to work upon are the appraisal cycles and employee progressions. They need to fix this part rest all is good.
Senior Information Security Analyst (Current Employee) – Bangalore, India – March 16, 2017
A day's work of 8 hours included to review the assigned assessments. I have learned management skills by managing a small group. Workplace culture is very good. The hardest part of the job is to make others follow the policy and standard of the company. There is denial from end customers about following the security policies of the company.
