• Involved in Testing Life-Cycle from analyzing Business Requirements to developing Test Plans, Test Case, execution of Test Scripts and deployment of PeopleSoft 9.0 HR, Payroll, Benefits Modules
• Updated the documentation for HR, Payroll business processes
• Researched testing errors for resolution and recommended appropriate course of action where – more... applicable for making adjustments to test data
• Acted as Liaison between QA and Development department in managing defect resolutions
• Performed peer review of all QA documentations
• Interacted with Business, Developers & Functional Consultants for timely resolution of issues
• Produce deliverables (requirements, fit-gap, functional specifications, testing plans and scripts, and user guides)
• Experience in developing Test Plans in Quality Center based on Requirements, Functional Specs
• Involved in the customization where new pages were added and did a thorough testing of the new change
• Validation of the test cases against actual results of the Payroll process and raising test Incident Reports (TIR) for the failed cases

A typical day at work is fulfilling and satisfying. CSC strong believes in work life balance. The most enjoyable part of the job is kind of freedom given by our superiors and management to bring out the best in oneself.

CSC follows open door policy. Management is always there to guide an employee.

Work and culture is client-specific and depends on where you work at. At the client office I work out of, the culture is pretty laid back and relaxed. Lot of scope for learning, unless you're bogged down by petty office politics. CSC managers hardly intervene and you're basically on your own

Good to work at CSC!! As a fresher I joined in CSC so learned technical, fucntional and corporate environment.

Also as part of technical knowledge, I worked on SRM4 and SRM7, SRM 4 to 7 upgrade, rollouts and so many critical issues. Part of SRM , also expericed in MDM support and MDM upgrade activities.

To took class is the major role. i have learned how to face diffrent kinds of peoples. Its a respectable management and co- workers are more supportive. none is the hardest part in this job. Every minute is an enjoyable one.
