Overall the company is good but just because of few management people employee have to leave the job , work place culture is overall good . Free cabs , maternity benefits are also their .employee engagement are also good in the company . No work from home , asking for WFH is like asking for kidney of the manager .

Its a good company which is expanding its business in India. We have a work life balance here but mostly it depends on your manager. Most of the things here are depends on your manager which is not that great as you have given them power much more than they need.

Pros Flexible schedule and remote work culture in many divisions. This flexibility is needed for work-life balance because you may be expected to work with people across the globe at odd times. Excellent benefits. Appears to be "doing the right thing" in environmental concerns, women in leadership roles, paid time off for volunteer efforts. Cons Complicated structure of cooperative/competing business units makes for too much bureaucracy and the company is increasingly run by cost-cutting finance teams that are scholarly in management-by-spreadsheet but don't have a bit of experience in the actual service. BT is huge - your experience is very dependent on the quality of management within your division.

They have a European culture of work and it is good to work with. However, most of the control is centralized with people at UK and India team being used only as execution. Salary band is higher than market as they only hire very experienced professionals.
