The overall company is good to work with. But in terms of job satisfaction, recognition, salary, environment specially on the contact centre side of the business is not that great. They use to pay penuts to freshers 4 years back, but I would recommend you seek review from someone who works there currently. My experience otherwise has been largely bad due to the management and their not so agile approach when it came to leaves and also the way they treated their subordinates.
