Excellent working environment and good div leads with good facilities (transport, meal pas, relocation facilities, etc). Learned lot from FLM's, and also learn new things about bank through Learning Portal and personal development. Enjoyable part is participating in Friday Fun Activity.

In Bank of America it was very good environment. I had been in good relation with my co workers suordinates and boss. I joined the company as a team member in april 2008 in a process named Home Retension and collections and played a role – more... of a Loan counseller , Use to handle around 100 to 120 customers on a daily basis and always maintained customer satisfaction above 97% , was a team player Recieved many awards , later moved to a process named Balboa Insurance and handled insurance tracking . Got promoted to seniour team member and use to handle team quality and performance data and use to guide team members to improve quality and production. – less

Once I was dealing with a very annoyed customer. He was so angry as Bank has changed his credit card account number due to possible compromised on his credit card. He started yelling at me after a lengthy chat of almost an hour I gave my best to calm down the customer and fortunately I succeeded in bringing down his anger.
It was a really nice experiences – more... for me as I was able to calm him down, I learned "how to handle such situations".
I believe that for a customer service agent if he is able to deal with such situation than it would be great achievement for him and I am still gradually improving in that area.
I enjoy when I truly help a customer when he is in desperate need. – less

I joined BOA as a fresher but i learned many things during the period, like Corporate culture, Team work, Understanding the process, written and oral skills. it has been a nice experience in BOA to learn things and implimate practically in to production. Even i learned 2 process and Handle one process for 1 year.

My day use to start at 2 in the afternoon wake up get ready, use to get company transport use to come pick me up, then reach work by 5 go to out work station see if any update in regards to work .. meet friends, team leads & start with work.. later go out for a break with co workers, later job role changed to trainer where more time use to go in training – more... & giving update.. working itself was fun – less

Good management and colleagues to work and a very good challenging Q A role played in the team made me work with enjoying in the job. It made me learn how to tackle with the employees who went wrong in their quality part of job. This made me analyze the root cause of the process where it is going wrong and implement training sessions on the process – more... knowledge to the employees to improve quality. The hardest part of the job was informing the employees and giving feedback to them on their error part of the job. The most typical day at work for me was when I took the responsibility of the whole team on my supervisor was in leave and all the systems were down due to technical issue and need to send the quality report to Line Of Business(LOB) by next day as it was scheduled earlier and sent in time. The most enjoyable part of my job was when I was recognized as the first person to knock the door of the JDI project(Just Do In Time which is Six Sigma project) which reduced the 5.4 man hours per day in the process. – less

The co-workers and the management is good. Best part of the job is the outings and the days when the entire team comes together to have help each other in the work. Hardest thing is working in night shifts especially when your health is getting effected badly.

My work is usually routine but the competition that drives me to perform better. I have learned how to be best in the work and the hardest part would be the hike that happens in the beginning of the year. The most enjoyable part of the work is my colleagues with out them its hard to work.

My team members, my manager all are good and co-operative. This co is a good to work with. Night shift is a pain. Else, everything is average.
